Description: Communicate across Cultures will improve your ability to cooperate and collaborate within a multicultural organization. One of the keys to doing this well is understanding how different cultures build trust and express themselves. Multiply this by unique the differences between individuals and organizations and you begin to see how complex working across cultures can become. This workshop will help you anticipate and adjust to some of the most significant cultural differences you might experience, so you can build strong, effective, and lasting, work relationships.
